AMCGH regular meetings are held at 7pm on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
Most club meetings are by teleconference, with quarterly and some special meetings held in physical locations.

AMCGH meeting location has changed!
AMCGH monthly meetings are held 7:30 pm at various member homes. An alternate location or time may be used at show events. Please contact us for details on our next scheduled meeting.
March 18th - AMCGH Specialty & Sweepstakes
The AMCGH 2005 Alaskan Malamute Specialty Show and Sweepstake is Thursday, March 18th. Location is the Bear Creek Farm and Ranch Club at Patterson & Ambercrombie. A club banquet is scheduled after the show. Contact Liz to sponsor a show Event Trophy.
AMCGH Specialty is in conjuction with the Combined Specialties Association. Additional conformation shows sponsored by the Houston Kennel Club and Galveston Kennel Club are March 19th & 20th. Judging programs and breed counts are available at Onofrio. See below for the conformation schedule:

March 20th - HHS Fun Run & Walk
Houston Humane Society will have its annual K-9 Fun Run & Walk on March 20st. Run, walk, wear a costume, and bring the whole family! Starts at 1pm and benefits shelter animals & projects. See the HHS website for details and information contacts.
April 9th - Woofstock
Woofstock 2005.. "Just for the Howl of It".. will be held at the Cap Landolt Pavilion in Clear Lake from 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday, April 9th. Benefiting the Bay Area SPCA and featuring a live band, pet readings, activities, demos, games, food, goodies, and rescue/information booths. Individual or family admission includes a howling sleddog t-shirt! Come out and enjoy the day with your favorite pooch!
