Current Club Updates:

* NEXT CLUB MEETING: Our next club meeting is by teleconference on Wednesday, August 21st at 8 pm. Please contact us for additional meeting or teleconference access information.

* CONROE MEETING: Our next in-person club meeting is Friday, November 29th, following the Malamute Specialty Show & Sweepstakes. Location is Margarita's Mexican Restaurant, 1027 N Loop 336 W., Conroe Tx. 936-756-877. Contact us for additional meeting information or teleconference access.

* ANNUAL ELECTIONS! Our annual club elections take place at the January meeting. If you are interested in being on the AMCGH Board of Directors, please let us know! Submissions must be received prior to the December meeting. Applicants must be a member in good standing. Contact us for more BOD or membership information, or to volunteer.

Club Event Updates:

* NEXT EVENT: AMCGH will host an Alaskan Malamute Specialty Show & Sweepstakes on November 29th, 2024. Show location is the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, 9333 Airport Rd, Conroe, TX and just north of the Lone Star Convention Center in Conroe TX. Show & volunteer positions are available. Trophy donations and your support are greatly appreciated.

Exhibitors: Entries Close on Friday, Nov 18th @ 12:00 pm, Jack Onofrio Dog Shows (Show Superintendent)

* Conroe Kennel Club: Ring 10, at 11:00 am, Saturday - November 30th
* Conroe Kennel Club: Ring 1, at 9:45 am, Sunday - December 1st
* Conroe Kennel Club: Ring 11, at 9:35 am, Monday - December 2nd

* UPCOMING EVENT: AMCGH will host a Specialty Show & Sweepstakes during the Nolen River Kennel Club dog show in Glen Rose TX. Tentative show date is Saturday, 4 January 2025. Stay tuned for more info.

* LAST EVENT: AMCGH hosted an Alaskan Malamute Specialty & Sweepstakes on Wednesday, July 17th at the NRG Center in Houston Texas. Many thanks to our judges, John Cole (Specialty) and Britt Jung (Sweepstakes)! The AMCGH annual dinner was Wednesday, July 17th at 6:30 pm at China Garden. Congratulations to all the winners and a big thank you to all our event participants and friends. See you at NRG next year!
